Ons Jabeur is returning to the court in the 2023 Italian Open, after an injury to her left foot. This happened during the semi-final match at the Stuttgart Open. The injury forced her to withdraw from the Madrid Open. She kept the fans updated about her recovery through social media. Her husband, Karim Kamoun, is also her physical trainer.

Ons posted videos on her Instagram where she could be seen training with her husband. The video showed them indulging in boxing practice as it was a part of the training sessions. Ons Jabeur seems to enjoy this a lot. She worked hard to keep up herself fit and physically active. Her husband seemed to make it easier for her to recover quickly and return to being at her very best.
