The Kites got further up from the reach of the Eagles after a mixed doubles win for Badosa and Tsitsipas over Medvedev and Kenin. However, the Kites came back strongly after a men’s doubles victory for Medvedev and Andrey Rublev over Dimitrov and Tsitsipas and a singles victory for Rublev over Dimitrov.

Thus, it was all on Sabalenka to guide her team home, and the 2023 Australian Open winner didn’t disappoint. Sabalenka produced a formidable performance to earn a decisive win for the Kites.
