The Rod Laver Arena erupted with cheers for the 18-year-old Dino Prizmic, who is playing at an extremely high level against a highly experienced Novak Djokovic.
It was during the Round One stage of the Australian Open that the World No. 1 started his title defense against a very young talent from Croatia.
Djokovic, used to dictating rallies, found himself up against a hard-hitting youngster who impressed many tennis enthusiasts with his power shots.
One of them was Australia’s very own Nick Kyrgios, who was rather surprised with the kind of shots the 18-year-old was playing.

The Australian seemed truly impressed after witnessing the youngster dive right back into the game with a set win against the defending champion.
It was a helluva match, but Djokovic, who was tied by a set, managed to win the third and fourth sets to win the game and advance to the next round of the tournament. He beat the youngster 6-2, 5-7, 6-3, 6-4 to close out another successful day at the Australian Open.

The Australian Open is underway with its first-round matches, and while there have already been some show-stopping matches, Australia finds itself with another electric match to close out its first night of the Grand Slam.
It is the young Dino Prizmic who has the crowd in his favor by matching Djokovic in terms of the power shots and giving the 10-time Australian Open a tough fight in the first round.
After losing an early set, the Croatian came back with some incredible shots to push the second set into a tiebreak before eventually closing it out with a win and equaling himself with the Serbian.
