The tennis world has just faced off its ‘Big Three’ era. With Roger Federer retiring and Rafael Nadal not able to perform his best, Novak Djokovic has taken rule and is leading the table of men’s tennis. Rafael Nadal has always been admired for his exceptional skills on the court but over the past few months, he has been recovering from an injury and is all set to play his last tour in 2024. Fans know about Nadal, the fierce competitor but behind that lies a devoted father who is very much connected to his family.

Recently Rafael Nadal was seen in a pic with his family. They were sailing on a ship across a river where the Spaniard was seen standing next to his wife and was carrying his toddler.“Coming home and seeing the joy of a child when you arrive is something difficult to explain, but it is a unique feeling,” said Nadal to AS when asked about being a parent.

Nadal had his first child last year and rushed back home right after a heartbreaking incident where his rival and best friend Roger Federer played his last match of professional tennis. The Spaniard withdrew due to personal reasons and was then replaced by Cameron Norrie.

With both Nadal and Federer out of the equation, fans are expecting Andy Murray and Novak to retire. While Murray is not at the peak of his form, the Serb has clearly stated to continue longer. The future seems bright for men’s tennis with up-and-coming players showcasing their talents. Fans are, however, waiting for Novak to win more Grand Slams and create a league of his own.
