Tennis players have always had a way with fashion. Whether it is launching new apparel or collaborating with a sports brand, ATP and WTA players are always at the forefront of creating a style statement. Watches are one such way to give an insight into the wardrobe of grand players.
In a new Spanish legend, Rafael Nadal has come together with Richard Mille to drop a new collection of watches called ‘Baby Nadal‘.
This is not the first time that Richard Mille and Nadal have indulged in a partnership. It all traces back to 2008 when the King of Clay wore a watch for the first time.
Moving forward to two years, they officially partnered up and created together a brand new collection of timepieces called the RM 027. It was the world’s largest tourbillon, as per Men’s Journal.
The watch includes a sport mode that allows wearers to modify the rotor geometry and control the winding of the movement based on their lifestyle and sporting activities, according to the firm.
It features a revolutionary winding mechanism called the “butterfly rotor‘. The unique clock also includes a cutting-edge ‘sport mode‘.

Rafael Nadal’s million-dollar Richard Millie watch collections
Luck might not be in Rafael Nadal’s way, as he had to pull out of the 2024 Australian Open due to his injury.
His comeback was the most anticipated, with tennis viewers marking their calendars after his long hiatus. Nevertheless, he still keeps on making news, this time with his watches.
Nadal’s wardrobe is adorned with million-dollar watches, keeping up with new and modern technology and style.
One of them is the Richard Mille RM 27-02, priced at 1.3 million dollars. This watch has a casing constructed of quartz TPT. The material is known for combining great strength with unique beauty. The dial and strap have brilliant yellow and red highlights.
It is supposed to honor the player’s dynamic playing style and aggressive energy on the court. The watch features a tourbillon movement, which represents the bond between technological progress and artistic expression.
Similarly, there is more to this vast collection, like the Richard Mille RM 27-03, costing 1.68 million dollars, or the Richard Mille RM 27-01.
All these watches are designed to prove a testament to Nadal’s relentless pursuit of excellence. In addition to this, the most expensive RM watch in his collection is the Richard Mille RM 27-04, whose cost is around 2 million dollars.
