If I could go pro in another sport I’d play tennis, growing up I loved Roger & Rafa. I’ve actually gotten quite friendly with Novak over the last few months.

Roger Federer, who retired in 2022, is an icon of tennis. With 20 Grand Slam titles and 28 Masters 1000 crowns, Federer’s feet have only been broken by Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic. Djokovic and Nadal, yet to hang up their rackets, will compete at the Indian Wells Tournament in March.

The 36-year-old is still searching for his first title this season. After an early exit in the United Cup, he lost to eventual Australian Open champion Jannik Sinner in the semifinals. However, Djokovic has won the Palm Springs tournament five times, a joint-record holder with Roger Federer.

The Serbian is keen on extending the Indian Wells Masters record. With 40 ATP Masters 1000 crowns, Djokovic is known to perform better in big tournaments. Last year, he won the Cincinnati Open and Paris Masters, two out of the three Masters tournaments he featured in.

Also, former winners like 22-time Grand Slam winner Rafael Nadal, Taylor Fritz, Cameron Norrie, and Dominic Thiem will compete at the tournament. Jannik Sinner, who was victorious at the Rotterdam Open, would be seeking his 13th ATP title.
