Serena Williams‘ daughter Olympia has become the owner of two professional sports teams at the age of just five. Serena Williams and her husband Alexis Ohanian made an investment in the women’s soccer team Angel City FC when Olympia was just two years old.

Now, Olympia has become a part owner of the Los Angeles Golf Club. Serena Williams and Alexis Ohanian’s expected second child will have the other half of the ownership. The Los Angeles Golf Club is the first team in Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy’s planned gold league, TGL.

“Announcing my fellow co-owner of @wearelagc… @olympiaohanian! Olympia is the youngest owner in professional sports (@weareangelcity) and is now the youngest 2-team owner in professional sports. She’ll be joined by her future sibling,” Alexis wrote on Instagram.

Serena Williams has been very proactive in the entrepreneurship world, where she has regularly made investments in different segments. Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian has also made several investments, as the duo has acquired their second sports team.

Serena Williams was thrilled with the prospect of adding another acquisition, and she took to social media to share the news. The former tennis player and her partner are expecting their second child, which they revealed in May.

“@tgl’s inaugural team! An important part of Los Angeles Golf Club is making golf our own, for everybody, and I couldn’t be more excited to shape the future of this sport with my family @alexisohanian, @OlympiaOhanian, @Venuseswilliams,” she wrote.

Serena Williams bid adieu to tennis at the 2022 US Open, where she was defeated in the third round. The American hinted at returning to the sport; however, her latest pregnancy has all but confirmed her retirement.
