He was the first player to beat Pete Sampras‘ record of 14 major Grand Slam titles. He will be playing next at the Laver Cup with Team Europe along with names like Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal, and Andy Murray.

On his social media account Twitter, Blake shared a post with the caption “I’m still shocked by some of the things he did.” He was astonished by the lethal drop-shots he played at the US Open. He reminisced the times he played against the champion and he himself became one of his fans.
