The Greek and the Spaniard were complimented by the tournament director Toni Nadal for their outstanding performance in their match. He congratulated them and said, “We attended one of the best matches we could attend. Too bad Roberto and congratulations to Stefanos, you play very well on this surface and for me, you are one of the favourites in Wimbledon. I hope you won’t beat Rafa or Felix. Instead, try to beat Djokovic!”

Stefanos Tsitsipas, who is yet to prove his mettle completely on grass, will start his campaign with a first-round easy match against Alexander Ritschard and he is most likely to face Nick Kyrgios in the third round.
