Tennis saw the return of the father and coach duo of Richard Williams and Rick Macci together once again on the tennis court as they hosted an interesting and inspiring session for the new generation of kids, luring them to play and perform their best in the field of tennis.

The father of the iconic female tennis legends, Serena Williams and Venus Williams, and their coach, Rick Macci, came together once again after years to teach and inspire a new generation of tennis players.

They were seen interacting and sharing their ideas with the kids, who would have greatly benefited from the advice these two would have to share.

Richard Williams and Rick Macci have a long and interesting history that dates back to the time when Serena and Venus Williams were training under their father. Rick Macci was the first coach that their father approached, and in an interesting turn of events, the Williams family shifted to Florida to train under the supervision of Macci in his coaching facility. 

The two sisters trained there from 1991 to 1995, after which their dad took over the responsibility of their full-time coach. The sisters eventually created history after their arrival in the world of tennis.

It seems like the duo of the father and the coach of the two tennis legends are back together again, only this time to help and motivate the younger generation of kids to take up the sport.

The two shared stories with the kids about how they went about coaching and training Venus and Serena, which would be an exciting and fascinating experience for the kids to learn directly from the pair.

When Richard Williams first approached Macci at his training center, asking for his help to train his two daughters, little did they know the two sisters would grow up to become one of the most successful, if not the most successful, and legendary tennis players of all time. Coming from their race, their achievements are all the greater given their struggle to come to the top.

Their former coach also mentioned how Richard scheduled their practice at 5 in the morning, where he would hold a torch while Serena hit volleys on the tennis court.

The passion of their father and the training provided by Rick transformed the two young girls into one of the greatest tennis players of all time. Serena Williams went on to win 23 Grand Slam titles in her career, while Venus won seven.
