Serena Williams had gotten into a rivalry with sister Venus Williams over who is a bigger fan of Grigor Dimitrov. The Bulgarian had taken to Instagram to thank everyone for their support at the Paris Masters. However, this led to a sibling quarrel between the sisters, fighting over who was a greater fan of his.

Following his final match at Bercy against Novak Djokovic, the former World No. 3 had taken to Instagram to thank his fans for their support. However, an unexpected quarrel emerged in the comments section.

The Williams sisters had engaged in a bickering session, as siblings do. They were arguing over who was the better fan of the Bulgarian. Venus Williams had commented, “Please note that I am your biggest fan more that Serena Williams, “ she said. To this, the Bulgarian had commented, “What will Serena Williams say now?!”

After this conversation between the two, Serena Williams came in hot with her comments. “Love you Grigs! “ she said, proving that she was also a fan of the Bulgarian ace. Nevertheless, the friendly battle between the siblings only proved their mutual respect for each other as well as towards Dimitrov.

Grigor Dimitrov was rumored to have dated Serena Williams

While the duo seem to have an amicable relationship, there have been rumors in the past that they were in a relationship prior to the Bulgarian dating Williams’ greatest rival, Maria Sharapova. However, it seems like this has not created any bad blood between the two of them.

Maria Sharapova and Grigor Dimitrov were one of the sport’s power couple from 2013 leading to 2015. However, it was rumored that the Bulgarian had been dating just before this time period. The duo were speculated to be involved with each other in 2013. The fact that stands out the most is that Serena and Sharapova have been great rivals and they were always on edge with each other.

Nevertheless, Dimitrov seems to be in a good relationship with both players. A few years ago, he said, 

We kept a good friendship. She (Sharapova) is in a good place. I wish I could tell you more.

However, there is no conversation from either Williams or Dimitrov regarding the nature of their relationship. Nevertheless, they seem to be getting along well with each other.
