Novak Djokovic let little prince George to get a hold of the Wimbledon trophy
Novak Djokovic has been crowned the Wimbledon champion in this year’s championship where he defeated the Australian who was playing his first major finals. Novak defeated the 40th-ranked Nick Kyrgios by a score of 4-6, 6-3, 6-4, 7-6(3). The Australian looked composed in the first set but couldn’t carry the same level of composure in later rounds which cost him his first-ever grand slam.
The Serb has now won 7 Wimbledon titles which puts him only one short of Roger Federer and also takes him one ahead of the Swiss international in the total no. of grand slams. With the win against Kyrgios, Novak has proved that he is coming to get the throne of most Wimbledon titles and Most grand slams which are currently held by Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal, respectively.
Twitter in awe of Novak Djokovic handing the trophy to Prince George

Prince George caught an exciting tennis match on Sunday when he joined his parents, Kate Middleton and Prince William, for his first Wimbledon experience. Post his victory at Wimbledon, Novak met the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge with the couple’s son, Prince George. Prince George of Cambridge is the eldest son of Prince William and Kate Middleton (Duke and Duchess of Cambridge). He is third in line to the British throne behind his grandfather Prince Charles and his father.
Prince George (8 years old) was handed down the trophy by the Serb. The 8-year-old kid couldn’t control the trophy to which his father, Prince Williams jokingly said ‘don’t drop it’. Prince George’s mother, Kate Williams was always looking at the kid in the nervousness that he would drop the trophy. Later after some time when Prince George started feeling the weight of the trophy, he gave it to her mother for holding it.
