Nadal and Ruud have played in 4 cities so far. World No.2 and 3 first landed in Argentina, where they played their first match in Buenos Aires on November 23. After a day of traveling, day 2 was in Santiago, Chile. Then they flew to Belo Horizonte, Brazil and now they are in Quito, Ecuador.

Of those, the two have clashed in three cities, with the only exception being Chile, where Nadal played against Alejandro Tabilo. Prior to the match in Quito, Nadal was unbeaten on the exhibition Tour but the streak was brought to an end by Ruud. After Ecuador, the duo will move to Bogota, Colombia before ending the Tour in Mexico City, Mexico.

After the Latin American tour, Rafael Nadal will participate in the new United Cup representing Spain along with Pablo Carreño Busta, Albert Ramos, David Vega, Paula Badosa, Nuria Párrizas, and Jessica Bouzas from Dec 29 to Jan 8 after a rest of around 1 month. The Norwegian is also expected to get some rest after this exhibition event before heading to Australia in January.

Both tennis stars consider this event as extra special because normal tennis tournaments are conducted very less in this part of the world comparatively. It has been a great opportunity for Latin American tennis fans to see their stars playing in front of them, which will eventually increase the popularity of the sport.
