Rafael Nadal, the 22-time singles Grand Slam, started this year by winning the Australian Open 2022 and French Open 2022 consecutively in a row. He has been having a great season until now. At the SW19, things did not go his way as he had to withdraw from the tournament after getting injured with an abdominal tear of 7mm during the quarter-final match against Taylor Fritz.
Nadal’s announcement of withdrawal led the straight walk over to the final for Nick Kyrgios. He has been facing a lot of difficulties owing to his previous foot injuries for which he was taking injections for quite a time. He has been upfront about his injuries. Earlier, he had also incurred a rib injury while playing against Carlos Alcaraz in the semi-finals at the Indian Wells.

Rafael Nadal is right now taking his time to get fit and strong so that he can play at the US Open 2022. The Spaniard is currently ranked World No 3 in the ATP rankings. He landed in Spain right after his exit at Wimbledon stating that he requires at least a week to feel better and start light practice. So to utilize his time, he went off on a small break and gets recharged himself before the US Open which is slated to start in mid-August. This Grand Slam is the last of the four Grand Slam events of the year.
Making the most of his time, he was seen partying with his friends at a nightclub in Ibiza, Spain. The most amazing part of the vacation, that caught everybody’s attention was Nadal’s killer dance moves. He is enjoying each and every moment of the vacation to feel recharged before he lets his guns out at the upcoming major event.
He wishes to be in the best of his form at the US Open and give his hundred percent to all his matches without bothering much about his injuries.
