20 time Grand Slam Champion, Roger Federer has never failed to entertain and win over a crowd a year after his retirement. The Swiss star is still being witnessed at many of the tennis events all over. He was recently spotted in Canada to support Team Europe in the Laver Cup this year.

Roger Federer arrived in Shanghai as the tournament officials arranged an event to honor the tennis legend with the first ever ‘Icon Athlete’ award during the ongoing Shanghai Masters. In a hilarious turn of events, the tournament’s mascot had a failed attempt at getting a hug from Roger Federer. After a series of failed attempts, the mascot finally received a warm hug leaving the crowd and Roger in splits.
