World No. 40 Nick Kyrgios has been in great form and few are considering him one of the contenders for this year’s Wimbledon. He entered the competition with a great record, winning 21 out of 29 matches he played. On the other hand, Cristian Garin has also had it hard reaching the quarters.  He has shown great character and has been in staggering form in the last two matches at Wimbledon. He had to play a different opponent in Elias Ymer who he beat comfortably due to Berrettini retiring from the first-round matchup, then he beat Hugo Grenier with quite an ease. In her third-round match against Jenson Brooksby, he just never let the match slip away even for a minute in the first two sets and Brooksby pulled one set back but in the end, it resulted in an easy win for Garin. Then he faced Alex De Minaur and took some sweat and work rate to beat him in a nail-biting five-set thriller that ended in the favor of Garin. Garin booked his place in the quarters with a great and historical 2-6, 5-7, 7-6(7-3), 6-4,7-6(10-6) comeback win.
