Petar Djordjic is one of the best players on the portugese team of St. Benfica. He is left back and is known for his all round game. Novak Djokovic although a professional tennis player, is a huge supporter of other sports as well and he was delighted to meet one of the best player of Handball.

Novak Djokovic met one of the best players of the St. Benfica team this Christmas. The world No.1 excpet for his brilliannce on the tennis court is known for the patrotism and his love for his country.

That is why Djokovic was belighted to meet one of the best handball players of Serbia. The world No.1 has been supporting the Serbian National Handball Team a lot of times. Djokovic even tries to attend the matches of the Serbian team.

Time and time again the world No.1 has been seen posting tweets, stories and posts on his social media supporting the Serbian players.

Novak Djokovic supported the Serbian National Team after fantastic wins against Poland and Denmark, teams which are rated much higher than the Serbian team. Djokovic got so excited that he posted on his twitter, “Bravo guys – We are going further, to win a medal!”.

In the end, the meeting of two Serbian legends on Christmas was heartwarming for the Serbian fans as well. It was like a Christmas gift from the two Serbs to the whole nation.
