Roger Federer SHUTS down speculations about getting special treatment ‘It’s not like Roger asks Roger gets’

Roger Federer is considered to be very cool on and off the court. But in the following case, the Swiss lost his cool while answering an ignorant question at the press conference of the US Open, 2019.
The former world No.1 was asked if he was receiving any special treatment from the officials at the US Open. This question made Federer really angry and he Shut down all the speculation around him receiving any kind of special treatment.
Roger Federer said, “I have heard this shit too often now,”
Roger Federer after defeating Britains Dan Evans comfortably in straight sets in the third round of the US Open (6-2, 6-2, 6-1). But after the match, the former world No.1 received some complaints from his received some complaints from the brit about receiving a favorable schedule.
Evans wasn’t able to finish his second-round match due to rain. He looked tired during his third-round match against Federer which inevitably lead to a comfortable victory for the Swiss Maestro.
Federer finished his previous match under a closed court on the previous day but when asked if he demanded an early start, the swiss refuted the allegations and told the media that he was asked for his preference.
In the press conference, Federer said, “That doesn’t mean like, ‘Roger asks, Roger gets.’ Just remember that, because I have heard this shit too often now,”
This wasn’t the first time that Federer was facing such allegations. “I’m sick and tired of it, that apparently I call the shots. The tournament and the TV stations do. We can give our opinion. That’s what we do. But I’m still going to walk out even if they schedule me at 4:00 in the morning.”
Still, the former world No.1 understood Evans frustration with the situation. But he confirmed that the situation wasn’t his fault and he won’t apologize. He said, “That’s tennis. It’s entertainment, and the show must go on, Luck was on my side. There you have it. So, yeah, I understand if Danny is, like, a little bit frustrated.”
