Serbian PM THROWS Novak Djokovic under the bus amidst the speculation on Australian Open participation

The Serbian Prime Minister has just thrown Novak Djokovic under the bus. Djokovic who managed to win his case against the Australian authorities and got his VISA reinstated has landed into a plethora of trouble once again.
After the hearing, the judge and Djokovic were informed that the immigration minister still possess the right to overturn the court’s decision and deport Djokovic if required. This might seem to be a really authoritative move.
However, some new loopholes have emerged in the documents submitted by Djokovic. According to one of them, Djokovic attended an event after testing positive. This goes against the Covid-19 regulations placed in Serbia.
Serbian PM says up to, “Novak Djokovic to explain grey area”

Novak Djokovic even after winning the case could still be deported back to his home. During the hearing, the judge and Djokovic were informed about the possibility that Djokovic’s VISA might be canceled again by the immigration minister.
However, at first jumping over the court’s judgment was considered to be a really bad move for the Australian government. Not only would it prove to disrespect the court but also spoil international relations with Serbia to a great extent.
Nevertheless, the latest advancements in the Djokovic trail outside the course have just come up with some strong evidence that Djokovic has lied on the documents submitted by him in his VISA application.
The first is the declaration made by him which says that he didn’t travel in the past 14 days, however, according to a post shared by Djokovic himself he went to Spain.
The second is the much more important one, which doesn’t only concern Australia but also Serbia to some extent. According to the recent reports, Djokovic’s negative Covid-19 test might be forged.
The speculation began when Djokovic’s picture at an event held on 17th December 2021 went viral on Twitter. According to the documents submitted by Djokovic he tested positive for Covid on the 16th of December, which makes it a questionable offense to attend an event while being positive for Covid-19.
However, when the Serbian prime minister Ana Brnabić was asked about the same and her response was, “If Djokovic went out knowing he had a positive PCR result, it would be a “clear breach” of Serbia’s rules. If you’re positive you have to be in isolation,”
However, in the end, Ana tried to save Djokovic but ended up throwing him under the bus by saying, “I do not know when he actually got the results when he saw the results, so there is some grey area… the only answer to this can be provided by Novak.”
The Serbian PM in some way tried to escape the tough question and directed it towards Djokovic, who is the offender in this particular case. However, the world No.1 hasn’t made any statement regarding the following issue.
It is expected that the immigration minister will deliver his judgment this Wednesday. We could still see Djokovic being deported back to Serbia and this time he won’t be allowed to question the decision also.
