Minaur will then face fellow countryman, John Millman in the quarterfinals, which is expected to be a three set battle. However, the third seed will emerge victorious.

Gael Monfils, second seed at Sofia Open 2021 is expected to face Ilya Ivashka in the second round encounter. The Belarusian has been in good form off-late, and is expected to defeat Monfils in three sets. Ivashka will then face Adrian Mannarino of France in the quarterfinals, whom he is expected to defeat in straight sets.

Ilya Ivashka and Alex de Minaur will clash in the second semifinals at Sofia Open 2021. The former has been a good player on hard courts this season, given his victory at Winston-Salem Open last month. Ivashka should defeat the Australian to progress into the finals.
