Halep and Kontaveit could renew their rivalry as they would potentially meet for the 4th time in their careers and the first time this season. While Halep has a 3-0 record against the Estonian, the current form of Kontaveit makes her a hot-favourite for the title in Romania and can deny the Romanian local girl Halep a chance to win the title in her home.
