Alexander Zverev and Khaby Lame
Alexander Zverev has had a great run at the 2021 Nitto ATP Finals. Although he had a slow start to the tournament when he was defeated by Daniil Medvedev, the German dominated the proceedings in the upcoming contests. His toughest challenge came in the semis when he was up against Novak Djokovic.
The World No. 1 tennis star was somehow cornered in the first set by Zverev by the barest of margins. Post that, Djokovic won the second set, however, Zverev completely dominated the deciding set and confirmed his place in the finals where he was up against Daniil Medvedev.

Daniil, who was the favorite to lift the title, was cornered by Zverev who looked absolutely sensational in the final. Zverev gave no chance at all to the Russian and ended up winning the contest in straight sets by 6-4, 6-4. After the win, Zverev met Khaby Lame in the lobby and what transpired there is breaking the internet.
Khaby, who is known for his reaction videos, welcomed Zverev by singing “Champion, Champion.” The World No. 3, who was carrying the ATP Final Trophy at that point, was seen putting the trophy down after which he did the typical Khaby action in front of the TikTok star.
Post that, the two stars hugged each other and celebrated the wonderful achievement. Zverev needed this push before going into the next season. This win would have added immensely to his confidence. It will be interesting to see if he can manage to win his maiden Grand Slam title in 2022.
