Emma Raducanu has achieved what many wouldn’t have even imagined. Who would have thought that an 18-year-old who came into the US Open main draw after battling through the qualifiers will end up thrashing all her opponents without much trouble.
Raducanu’s gameplay was simply outstanding throughout the tournament, she didn’t drop a single set in the entire tournament which pays testimony to the fact that she is indeed the future of tennis. The young superstar was recently spotted playing tennis with a member of the Royal family.

Raducanu was recently seen playing a match at the Lawn Tennis Association’s National Tennis Center in London where her partner was the Royal Highness the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton. The two partnered to play a doubles match and were seen thoroughly enjoying themselves.
Middleton also met with several teen athletes in order to encourage them to take up the game of tennis. “Her Royal Highness is passionate about supporting grassroots tennis and encouraging young people from all backgrounds to become involved in the sport,” Kate Middleton’s office told People.
Raducanu is in the limelight since she created history at the US Open. She entered the tournament as World No. 150 and is now ranked 22nd in the world. Many tennis stars around the world believe that her success story is going to inspire the next generation of sports enthusiasts to take up the game of tennis.
