Serena and Venus Williams are the greatest tennis players of all times. Both the sisters have given exceptional performances at almost every tournament they played. The real reason behind their amazing performances is considered to be their father, Richard Williams.
Richard is an American tennis coach. He learned tennis from a coach named ‘Old Whiskey’ and decided that his future daughters would be tennis professionals when he saw Virginia Ruzici playing on television.
Richard Williams’ Mansion to be SOLD soon!
King Richard has a lavish West Palm Beach mansion which is a 10-acre property in Florida which was bought by him in 1995. This is the same mansion in which he trained Serena and Venus in their teenage years. The mansion has four beautiful bedrooms and two tennis courts in the backyard. The value of the mansion is $1.1 million.
But the property is now left to rot and every part of it is ruined erasing the memories of the family. The wood sidings appear rotted through, the white pillars lined up outside the front door are discolored and the home is surrounded by overgrown dead crabgrass and shrubbery.
Richard lost the property to his third wife Lakeisha Williams and his name was removed from the home, but his presence wasn’t completely removed. The property was refinanced three times in four years and thousands of dollars of skipped payments forced the home to go into foreclosure and it is scheduled to be auctioned off at the end of February. This notice for sale was delivered last year in summer, according to reports.
