Women’s Singles Draw Analysis and Prediction
Top Half
Top-seeded Aryna Sabalenka gets a first round bye and will await the winner of the clash between former champion Petra Kvitova and Camila Giorgi. Sofia Kenin starts against Jelena Ostapenko in another exciting clash with the winner set to take on the winner from the clash between 6th seeded Iga Swiatek and Daria Kasatkina.
3rd seeded Paula Badosa will take on the winner of the match between former champion Simona Halep and Alison Riske. In an all-American clash, Jessica Pegula will start against Coco Gauff and the winner will meet the victorious player from the match-up of 8th seeded Ons Jabeur and Vera Zvonareva.

Bottom Half
7th seeded Anett Kontaveit starts against Mayar Sherif and will be the favourite to take on the winner between the clash of Elise Mertens and a qualifier. Veronika Kudermetova will start against Victoria Azarenka and the winner will meet the winner of the clash between defending champion Garbine Muguruza and 2022 Australian Open runner-up Danielle Collins.
2nd seeded Barbora Krejcikova starts against Caroline Garcia with the winner set to take on Irina Begu who will start against a qualifier. Former champion Elina Svitolina starts against a qualifier and is likely to meet 5th seeded Maria Sakkari who also awaits a qualifier in the first round.
Second Semi-Final Prediction: Danielle Collins vs Maria Sakkari
Semifinals
It could be the third meeting between Swiatek and Badosa. While Badosa picked up the tour title in Sydney, she lost in the 4th round of the 2022 Australian Open. As for Iga, she was the semi-finalist in the Australian Open as well as the tour event in Adelaide earlier. As for Collins and Sakkari, this would be their second meeting. Collins will return to the tour for the first time since the runner-up finish in the Australian Open while Sakkari has already qualified for the semis in Russia at the St. Petersburg Ladies Trophy.
Dubai Tennis Championship Final: Iga Swiatek vs Maria Sakkari
Final
Sakkari has defeated Swiatek in all three of their meetings so far and will be the favourite for the final as well. While Iga can certainly pose a threat, Sakkari should be able to move past Swiatek.
