“Chicken sh*t,” The Undertaker warns top WWE Champion to be wary of one thing to maintain his credibility
Having solemnly analyzed the work rate of a reigning World Champion in WWE, The Undertaker has a piece of advice for him.

The Undertaker is one of the few WWE legends who actually keeps an eye on the current product. Taker wears his heart on the sleeve, and that’s pretty much what he has done his entire career. But this time around, the 59-year-old has sort of a cautionary note for Gunther. On his Six Feet Under podcast, Taker spoke highly of The Ring General.
Calling Gunther a throwback to a different era, Undertaker emphasized how vicious his knife-edged chops can be. The WWE HOF’er lauded the reigning World Heavyweight Champion for dominating his opponents without pulling off any aerial attacks. But here comes the advice. The Phenom said that Gunther needs to add a bit of chicken sh*t to his repertoire. Or else, he’ll transition into a babyface much sooner than his liking.
For the unversed, the chicken sh*t heel is wrestling jargon. It means any wrestler who seldomly wins clean. Moreover, he/she acts like a cowardice and is intimidated by the opponent. Contrary to this, Gunther is the exact opposite. He almost never backs down from his counterparts, which The Undertaker believes could hurt the Austrian’s bad guy character sooner or later.
I like him (GUNTHER). I think he’s kind of a throwback to a different era.......he needs to add a little more, I think, chicken sh*t to his repertoire or he’s gonna become a babyface much sooner than he expects. The Undertaker on Gunther via Six Feet Under podcast
However, it doesn’t seem like WWE fans will buy it. Citing an instance from early 2023, the Imperium leader was involved in a feud with Braun Strowman. The latter’s quite possibly the only wrestler on the current WWE roster who outmatches Gunther physically.
Back when they were at loggerheads, WWE made The Ring General retreat at times, when Strowman used to make a beeline for him. The Vienna-born grappler had never backed down from anyone until that point. It stemmed a discourse among the fans who severely criticized WWE’s booking of the erstwhile Walter.
Who’s next in line to challenge Gunther for the world title?
Since winning the World Heavyweight Championship at SummerSlam, Gunther hasn’t looked back. Last month in Germany, he defeated Randy Orton to kick off his title reign with a bang. He even shook hands with The Viper as a gesture of mutual respect.
But what’s next for the 37-year-old? The call was answered by Sami Zayn last week on Raw when he interrupted the world champion. Zayn’s still the only superstar to have pinned Gunther ever since his main roster switch.
The former Honorary Uce did so by putting an end to the Austrian’s 666-day Intercontinental title reign at WrestleMania XL. Sami now wants a crack at the world title. But, as of now, it’s a no from the Imperium supremo. It’d be interesting to see how a resilient Zayn will end up persuading Gunther to bestow the title shot on him.
