“They are finally looking like a basketball team” Skip Bayless issues warning to Grizzlies after Lakers stamp past Hawks
LeBron James and Skip Bayless
The Los Angeles Lakers had their win over the Atlanta Hawks on Friday night with striking 134-118 on the final board. The Lakers performed pretty well, that marked their 4th consistent win after a loss against the Grizzlies prior to the four matches. The next game again lies with the Grizzlies, a chance for the Lakers to make it up this time. The Lakers are standing at the 3rd in the Pacific Division following 21 wins over 19 losses in the league.

Talking about Friday’s game against the Hawks, Lebron James recorded 32 points of which 23 were scored in the second half of the game. He also contributed 8 rebounds and 9 assists in a total of 37 minutes played in the game. Malik Monk who is very active since his return recorded his season-high 29 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists playing 35 minutes in the game.
The Lakers were very active on the court and especially Malik Monk, who connected 6 threes of 11 shots thrown outside the D. Anthony Davis who is still absent from the court due to his injury was a major contributor inside the paint, but following the game against the Hawks, the Lakers made sure that this deficiency is not visible in any cost. Avery Bradley and Talen Horton-Tucker also had their chance to record 21 points each contributing a combined 42 points for the Lakers.

Skip Bayless shares his opinion on the Lakers and their win against the Atlanta Hawks
Skip Bayless, the show coordinator of the “Undisputed” seems to have a praising response for LeBron James and his team Las Angeles Lakers. Skip is a true Laker hater and he doesn’t miss any opportunity to amplify his opinions and judgements on the Lakers and their poor performance. Earlier this season when the Lakers went on their downfall with some of their star players performing terribly, Skip never hesitated to give a slap back response to the same. But this time Skip is somehow inclined with the Lakers as he praised LeBron and Malik for their outstanding play against the Hawks.
Following the game of the Los Angeles Lakers against the Hawks Skip shared his response on Twitter that actually commended their play of the Friday night. Skip on his Twitter said, “Lakers looked like a basketball team tonight. Ball moved, feet moved on D. LeBron managed another 32 (vs reeling Hawks) but only 1-6 from three. Malik Monk: 6-11 from three! He’s saving LeBrick! Look out, Memphis.”
It is good to see the Lakers gradually getting back on their track. If they possibly maintained this pace of winning, they might become one of the strongest teams statistically which would increase their chance of winning this season. Their nest game is against the Memphis Grizzlies and it would be interesting to see if they go on to maintain their 4 game winning streak or not.
