The 2024 season is over after a grueling schedule in which players had to compete week after week in tournaments for eleven months. Jannik Sinner dominated the ATP circuit, winning the highest number of titles this year. He also backed up the titles by earning the highest win percentage by a huge margin.

Carlos Alcaraz came second on the list after a resurgent season in which he claimed two Grand Slams. He was followed by Novak Djokovic, who, even though barely played much in tournaments other than majors, interestingly had a good win percentage.

3) Novak Djokovic – 80.4%

Djokovic failed to reach his 2023 heights on the court this year. For the first time since 2017, he didn’t win a Grand Slam. His troubles began in January when he exited the Australian Open after losing to eventual champion Jannik Sinner in the semifinals. After that, he did produce some stellar moments, but that was not enough for him to win any tour-level title.

In fact, he ended the year as World No.7, a significant drop from his No.1 position in January. His only triumph this season was at the Olympic Games in Paris, where he claimed the gold medal after defeating Alcaraz. But, the 37-year-old had an excellent win rate of 80.4% from 46 matches (37-9).

2) Carlos Alcaraz – 80.6%

Alcaraz had a topsy-turvy year, in which he began and ended poorly but was at his best in the middle of the year. The 22-year-old opened his account for the year with an excellent title defense at the Indian Wells Masters. He then stunned the world with an incredible display to win his maiden French Open title.

He defended the Wimbledon Championship by defeating Djokovic in the final. After a poor run at the North American swing, he bounced back winning the ATP 500 China Open. He also claimed a silver medal at the Paris Olympics. The World No.3 finished the year with a 54-13 record from 67 matches, which equates to an excellent 80.6% win percentage.

1) Jannik Sinner – 92.4%

Sinner was undoubtedly the best player in the 2024 season. The 23-year-old was unstoppable even from his first tournament of the season at the Australian Open. His dominance in the second half of the season is so mind-blowing that he won four of the six tournaments he featured in. His brilliance on the court helped him secure the year-end World No.1 for the first time in his career.

He ended the year securing eight titles, including two majors and three Masters 1000 titles. Sinner also led Italy to Davis Cup glory for the second straight year. The Italian amassed a 73-6 record from his 79 matches in the 2024 season, earning the highest win rate of any player with an outstanding 92.4%.
