5. La Mesa:
La Mesa has only become more and more popular in the last few years since its appearance due to more and more properties, businesses and other additions to the area. It was also featured in the latest DLC as the location of the Los Santos Car Meet. Many other popular business locations lie in this area such as the Special Cargo warehouse and the Vehicle warehouses. Its close proximity to other important locations like The Docks and Elysian Island. The whole place gives off a very rural but dense industrial vibe.
4. Downtown Los Santos:
This spot on the list goes to Downtown Los Santos. The main financial district of Los Santos, that acts as a backbone to the state’s economy. The beaming skyscrapers surely contribute to the overall look of the city. The popular Maze Bank Tower and the Arcadius Business Center CEO Offices are based inside this district. Other popular buildings such as the IAA and FIB towers and the Union Depository also lie in this district. It is very popular for its centralized and relatively affordable apartment costs.

Taking the Median spot on the list are the rural and ghetto districts of Los Santos. The South and the East parts of Los Santos contribute to the urban densities of the city. The Diamond Casino and Resort is too located in Vinewood. The Music Locker and the Vinewood Racetracks are too popular and iconic locations. Its close proximity to both the outskirts and some other iconic parts of the city like Rockford Hills, Richman, Pacific Bluffs and Vespucci only make it very popular. It is infamous for its inflated real estate prices.
