It features great top speed and acceleration rates with above-average handling. It is very resistant and one of the few known counters to the Oppressor MK II as it can take up to 6 homing missiles. It features a wide choice of weaponry. On land, it has machine guns along with extremely accurate homing missiles. Underwater, it features torpedos, causing high damage to any target it comes into contact with.

The Pegassi Toreador is an amphibious vehicle added to GTA 5 Online as a part of the Cayo Perico Heist. It features a futuristic yet retro design with transparent elements on the body. Similar to the Stormberg, it can also retract its wheels and go into a submersible mode when required to go underwater. On land, it is one of the fastest vehicles in the Sports Classic class featuring amazing speed, acceleration and handling stats. The armor and weapon stats are also very similar to the Stormberg. It features homing missiles and machine guns on land and torpedos underwater and can take 6 hits from the homing missile. However, the biggest difference between the Toreador and the Stormberg is that the Toreador features a boost, which can be recharged and used continuously.

The Stormberg and Toreador are both great vehicles to purchase but the Toreador simply wins the battle as the better amphibious vehicle in GTA 5 simply because of its boost. The boost helps the vehicle reach its top speed in a matter of seconds, thus increasing its acceleration rate and the boost does not need the vehicle to stop to recharge. The boost can also be used in water. Other than that the Stormberg offers no benefit over the Toreador except the lower price tag and this makes the Toreador the clear choice between the two options.
