Bundesliga Champions Bayern Munich look to potentially bring out of favour Tottenham Hotspur midfielder, Tanguy Ndombele to the club this summer. The German Giants are offering a player plus cash deal for the midfielder, With reports suggesting that Corentin Tolisso is the player offered by Bayern in the swap deal.

Ndombele signed for Tottenham Hotspur from Lyon on 2nd July 2019 in a deal worth $72.5 million plus add ons making him club’s most expensive sigining ever. The Frenchman has struggled to shine and really make his mark at the club scoring only 5 times in 54 appearances over the 2 seasons, and ultimately losing place in the starting XI to the Argentinean midfielder Giovani Lo Celso.

According to reports Tottenham Hotspur have refused Bayern Munich’s initial offer of $23.4 million plus Corentin Tolisso for Tanguy Ndombele. Ndombele still has four years left on his current contract which he signed back in 2019 is yet feature this season for Spurs under new boss Nuno Espirito Santo, after failing to play a single pre-season minute for the North London club.

He is not a part of the squad for Spurs next Premier League game against Watford at Vicrage Road on Sunday. The Portugese boss does not count on the midfielder. Tottenham will be working on a deal for Ndombele and will try to offload the midfielder before the summer transfer window closes on 31st August.

Spurs have also made right back Serge Aurier and midfielder Moussa Sissoko available for sale this summer, in search cash to potentially bring in another attacker to the club before the transfer window closes in ten days time.

Ndombele aged 24 will be a great back up option to Leon Goretzka and will also provide competition in the starting XI to the German International.On the the other hand Ndombele’s fellow countryman Tolisso will look to reignite his career with Spurs in the Premier League if the move does go through in the coming days.
