Travis Kelce recently participated in a lively roundtable discussion at the Kansas City Chiefs’ 2024 Kickoff Luncheon, an event that served as a prelude to the NFL season. When asked about his girlfriend Taylor Swift, Kelce was more than ready for the question.

Besides Travis Kelce, Chiefs stars Patrick Mahomes, Chris Jones, Nick Bolton, Justin Reid, and Harrison Butker appeared at the 2024 Chiefs Kickoff Luncheon. During the panel, hosted by Mitch Holthus, Mahomes and Kelce expressed the team’s admiration for the announcer. Holthus then put Kelce in a tough spot by asking him a question about his girlfriend, Taylor Swift.

Kelce’s reply was proof enough that he was down bad for the pop-singer and the internet waved a green flag at his response. He replied with a direct ‘maybe not’. That gave the audience a good laugh as Holthus moved on to Mahomes and didn’t even try. He joked that he wouldn’t ask the question to Mahomes as he knew the answer all too well.

The discussion came days after Kelce reunited with Taylor Swift at her Rhode Island mansion for Blake Lively‘s birthday. Patrick Mahomes was also present along with Brittany Mahomes, although both the players had to leave early. Kelce left to attend the Kansas City Chiefs Awards and receive his Polsinelli Sportsman of the Year.

Travis Kelce opened up about his new ventures in Hollywood

During his speech while receiving his Polsinelli Sportsman of the Year award, Travis Kelce opened up about new opportunities coming his way. He explained that football will always remain a central part of his life, but it will eventually end. That was part of the reason he was embracing new opportunities which could mean his upcoming debut into Hollywood with Adam Sandler.

Kelce reflected that he cannot fathom some of the things happening with him. He shared to the audience that he never thought that a moment from two years ago would bring him an opportunity. With that, Kelce led on to inspire the audience to be willing to get out of their comfort zone and be flexible to changes.

Travis Kelce is very beloved among the audiences, and not just because of his performances on the field. His charm off-the-field makes a compelling argument in his case. His fans are most assuredly awaiting to see his on-screen presence.
