“They gonna go broke!” – Trent Williams finally ends his much-awaited holdout as he agrees on a deal with 49ers just in time for the new season, fans react

Reportedly, Trent Williams has ended his hold-out and has agreed to a new deal with the San Francisco 49ers. He has joined the team in Santa Clara and should ideally be present for the 49ers vs. New York Jets game on Monday.
The terms of Williams’ new deal are yet unknown. It is believed that the player will receive a sizable raise in addition to some guaranteed money. Williams is getting more out of this deal than his previous deal which didn’t include any guaranteed money. Most of all, it looks like Kyle Shanahan being prepared to go without Brandon Aiyuk and Williams didn’t matter after all.
William is not the only player to receive an extension. The Niners have managed to keep the same team from last year almost intact. They are really under the impression that the team last year was Super Bowl material. Last week, they locked in Aiyuk, who was also threatening a holdout and potential move to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Considering Williams was not signed under a rookie contract, the fines he racked up over missing preseason games cannot be waived at all. The latest CBA guidelines make sure of this for veterans who sign as a UFA. Spotrac reported that he will have to pay a fine of almost $5.46 M.
The financial situation of the Niners is going to be doomed. There are at least eight players who are earning more than $15 million playing this season including mega-spends Nick Bosa ($34 million) and Brandon Aiyuk ($30 million). Their hopes are running on the coattails of an assured ring this year.
With Brock Purdy’s extension looming, fans worry Trent Williams’ deal might not be good
The Niners signed Brock Purdy to a four-year, $3.7 million contract after being the last pick at the NFL Draft. The QB has ensured at least an NFC Championship game in his two years of starting.
The 24-year-old Purdy can apply for an extension after this year. After his great form in these last two seasons, hands folded, there will be no chance that Purdy might agree to a meager salary. The Niners are looking at a bleak financial future for the sake of keeping the same team.
Can someone explain to me how they are making their team econimics work? I dont understand it:

Can someone lease explain the Niners cap situation to me? How can they afford the contracts of CMC, Deebo, Bosa, TW, Aiyuk, Ward, Reddick, Warner, Kittle and even Jusciek? Cuts coming in the next two years?

There have also been doubts about how the Niners are gonna manage the cap space that will eventually hit them in a couple of years.
Cap Space in the next years will look nice

The Niners will begin their campaign on Monday against the Jets who are rejuvenated by Aaron Rodgers coming off an injury. The Jets also expect a lot in this season, at least going into a Championship game, and possibly winning it all.
