Tsitsipas is coming into the fourth round of the French Open by beating world number 34, John Isner in four sets with the score line of 5-7, 6-3, 7-6, 6-1. Isner posed some challenges but the 5th Seed was able to tackle it and clinch the match. The world number 5 has been in good form recently as he was the last man standing in the Monte Carlo Masters. He had beaten the 6th seed, Andrey Rublev in the finals in straight sets with the score line of 6-3, 6-3. After winning in Monte Carlo, the world number 5 was the runner up in the ATP 500 event in Barcelona. He lost to Rafael Nadal in three sets with the score line of 4-6, 7-6, 5-7. He would be looking to make a deep run in this year’s French Open like the last year. Tsitsipas made it to the semi finals of the French Open and ultimately lost to Novak Djokovic in a 5 set thriller with the score line of 6-3, 6-2, 5-7, 4-6, 6-1.

Carreño Busta is coming into the fourth round by beating world number 88, Steve Johnson in straight sets with the score line of 6-4, 6-4, 6-2. The world number 12 performed decently in the clay season as he reached the semi finals of the Barcelona Open where he ultimately lost to Rafael Nadal with the score line of 3-6, 2-6. He also played at the Madrid Open where he failed to win the match as he lost to Federico Delbonis. The Spaniard reached the round of 32 in the Italian Open but could not play the match and therefore a walkover was given to Kei Nishikori. The clay courts are favorable to Spaniard and he is expected to pose a tough challenge to Tsitsipas. The 12th seed reached the quarter finals of the French Open last year but lost to Novak Djokovic in 4 sets with the score line of 6-4, 2-6, 3-6, 4-6. It will be interesting to see how he performs against the young gun.
