Michael Chandler (22-5 MMA, 1-0 UFC), Dan Hooker (20-10 MMA, 10-6 UFC) competed in the most anticipated lightweight contest. Michael Chandler made a debut that the MMA community won’t ever forget he knocked Dan Hooker out in the very first round.

Round 1- Both the fighters started the fight by keeping their distance, Chandler started landing some shots to the body the exploded with a left hook to drop Hooker and then he finished the fight by a fury of strikes.

Chandler made a debut of the lifetime, he issued a statement against all those who ever doubted him. He knocked Hooker out in the very first round and during the post-fight interview he called out Conor McGregor, Dustin Poirier, and even Khabib Nurmagomedov. It will interesting to see who will be the first to react to this call-out.
