UFC 265 fight card: Derrick Lewis vs Ciryl Gane to headline the event

Derrick Lewis

Derrick Lewis vs Ciryl Gane is all set for the interim heavyweight belt bout. The two heavyweight giants will be in the spotlight for UFC 265.

Yesterday, UFC decided to reveal the full fight card for UFC 265. The card has a fantastic lineup including two amazing title bouts. The event will take place on August 7th at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas. The city is also the hometown of the Black Beast who will be taking on the number 3 ranked Ciryl Gane for the interim heavyweight title. This card also hosts a title bout between the two-division champion Amanda Nunes and the bantamweight title contender Julianna Pena.

UFC is going back to the Toyota center after it’s great success at UFC 262 in the month of May. The return to that arena with their own fighter in the main card is expected to pull some amazing numbers in audience and PPV. Some of the other great fights on the card are the welterweight clash between Michael Chiesa and Vicente Luque. Even the former flyweight champion Jose Aldo and contender Pedro Munhoz are scheduled to fight.
