The Swedish mixed martial artist and UFC Welterweight and Middleweight fighter, Khamzat Chimaev is going to make his much-awaited return inside the Octagon at UFC 267 to face the number 11th ranked UFC Welterweight fighter, Li Jingliang.

Along with Chimaev, the former UFC Lightweight champion, Khabib Nurmagomedov is also going to be there to corner his teammate, Islam Makhachev at UFC 267. Khamzat Chimaev and Khabib Nurmagomedov had some altercations with each other in the past.

While replying to the Instagram live of Chechen’s leader, Chimaev commented something about Khabib. ‘The Eagle’ didn’t respond to this but his brother shared a hard response to ‘The Borz’. Khamzat Chimaev and Khabib shared the same manager as well, Ali Abdelaziz and talking about all this scuffle in his latest interview with BT Sports, Khamzat Chimaev says,

“I didn’t talk with Khabib so how can I misunderstand something, I didn’t say something as I’m that guy but write to me some books I answer it was not Khabib, nothing happened I didn’t talk with Khabib and he didn’t talk with me. I don’t know this guy and he doesn’t know me and everything is normal. He is Muslim, I’m Muslim, and we’re brothers.”

Khamzat Chimaev is undefeated in his MMA career and he holds a perfect record of 9-0. Chimaev ended all these nine opponents and he believes to do the same with Li Jingliang at UFC 267. Predicting about the outcome of his fight, Chimaev added,

“I don’t know when we finish, we can finish the first second that doesn’t matter, I will come for the finish. I’ve nine fights and nine finishes and I don’t want to stop with that. I’m gonna kill this guy as I wanna like hold this guy down and win the runs, I’m here to kill, I’m a warrior and I like to fight like that.”
