Arman Tsarukyan recently came off an incredible performance at the UFC 300 main event. The #1 lightweight contender recently shared a pretty interesting video on his social media. Tsarukyan ran into UFC CEO Dana White on the road in Las Vegas and decided to take a quick video.
Arman Tsarukyan has over 1.1 million followers on his Instagram. He posted the video where he met Dana White at a stop light in Las Vegas. Tagging the UFC CEO in the caption Tsarukyan wrote:

Arman Tsarukyan faced Charles Oliveira at UFC 300. Tsarukyan won the fight by split decision which made him the No. 1 contender in the lightweight division. This positions him for a title shot next against Islam Makhachev.
Tsarukyan’s next fight will probably be against the winner of Islam Makhachev vs. Dustin Poirier. However, the Armenian refused to go into an immediate matchup with Makhachev after UFC 300. He said he would rather go into a full camp and prepare for the fight now that he is the #1 contender.
Arman Tsarukyan says Islam Makhachev looked bad against Alexander Volkanovski
Arman Tsarukyan does not believe the hype around UFC lightweight champion, Islam Makhachev. Although he respects Makhachev as a fighter, his opinion is that the Dagestani champion is not unbeatable. Tsarukyan also made an interesting comment about Makhachev’s last fight against Alexander Volkanovski.
The lightweight recently sat down for an interview with Daniel Cormier on YouTube. There he talked about his thoughts on Makhachev and the perception of being undefeatable surrounding him. Tsarukyan feels that in the top level of competition, everybody can beat Islam Makhachev. He also said that the Dagestani looked bad in his former fights against Volkanovski.
Tsarukyan and Makhachev have almost the same number of professional fights under their belt. They even fought back in 2019 and the fight ended with a unanimous decision in favor of Makhachev. It will be interesting to see if this changes this year if Makhachev successfully defends his title against Poirier at UFC 302.
