“We clearly have a lot to discuss” – Aljamain Sterling invites Dana White to have a much-needed meeting about his future

Aljamain Sterling and Dana White
Aljamain Sterling wants to discuss with UFC president Dana White about a potential Bantamweight title fight against Jose Aldo. A new rivalry has freshly started and the fans are already up for it. Recently, Jose Aldo took to Twitter and expressed his intentions to challenge Sterling for the title. He tagged the champ and stated that he was ready for the fight.
The Brazilian also tagged White for making this fight possible by sending him the contact as soon as possible. “@funkmasterMMA u said I would be next on merit and I’m here accepting your challenge, @danawhite send me the contract soon before he changes his mind!!,” He wrote.
It was a surprising move from Aldo as nobody expected him to make the call out. Aldo has already lost his chance to get the title against Petr Yan at UFC 251. But currently, he is on a 3 fight win streak and recently beat Rob Font who is #5 in the division rankings.

After the call out by Aldo, the Bantamweight champion was quick to hit back on Twitter.
Sterling asked White about when their next meeting will be as they have so many things to talk about. The ‘Funkmaster’ also suggested White to watch the first round of the fight between him and Yan at UFC 273.
According to Sterling, white is wrong about giving Yan the points for the first round. “@danawhite Hey man, when are we having a sit down? We clearly have a lot to discuss…PS: Go watch the first round again. You are WRONG!@OrenHodak @vaynersports,” wrote Sterling.
A fight between Jose Aldo and Aljamain Sterling is something that every fight will tune in to watch. Aldo is a living legend and is on the verge of his long coming retirement. In a time like this, fight fans will love to see the veteran fighter get a chance of winning a title.
But right now it is hard to consider as the next in the line for the title shot is TJ Dillashaw who will be making his comeback later this year. Dillashaw has been out of the sport for a year now after suffering an injury in his last fight against Cory Sandhagen. Anyways, it will be super exciting to see who according to UFC will be the next fighter to challenge the Bantamweight throne.
