Jorge Masvidal is not holding back in insulting Colby Covington ahead of their match-up at UFC 272. 

After years of shared bad blood between Covington and Masvidal, the fighters have finally got their chance to face each other inside the octagon. The welterweight fight is all set to take place next month on March 6 at UFC 272.

The hype around the fight is humongous and fans are extremely excited to see this fight between these friends turned foes. This will be the first non-title bout to main event a pay-per-view event that doesn’t feature Conor McGregor or Nate Diaz since 2015.

With only 1 month remaining from the much-awaited fight between Masvidal and Covington, the ‘Gamebred’ shared a video message on his official Twitter account tagging Covington. 

In the post, Masvidal was inside the American Top Team gym and standing next to the logo. While showing the logo on his camera the fighter explained that the place is home to many dangerous and brutal MMA fighters. And mocked Covington that once he was even a member of that gym but how he got kicked out of the gym.

Masvidal expressed that it must hurt Covington how it all happened and because he is a sensitive individual. “At the holy temple, home to some real motherf***ers left and right. I’m not the only one here that’s a bad motherf***er. There are many motherf***ers here but not your b***h ass that got kicked out from here. Damn, man. I know it hurts every time you see that. I know what a sensitive b***h you are and how you read the comments and cry, ” said Masvidal. 

Both Covington and Masvidal were very good friends when they started their UFC journey. The fighters used to support each other by standing at their corners and cheering them. But things got worse and they had a huge fallout. In 2020, Covington was kicked out of ATT for having a feud with various gym members including Masvidal.
