Charles Oliveira snubbing Justin Gaethje for Conor Mcgregor?
Looks like Charles Oliviera is already eyeing his next opponent and it doesn’t seem to be Justin Gaethje. Though it has been made clear that ‘The Highlight’ would be next to have a shot at the title, Oliviera revealed in his interview with MMA Fighting’s Portuguese-language podcast Trocação Franca that if he had to chance to fight Mcgregor for the money, he would.
“Of course, no one’s a fool. ‘No, I’ll fight someone else because of the belt, leave Conor alone’ — who’s going to do that? Only a fool. If I had the opportunity to fight Conor, I would definitely fight Conor.”
Whether the UFC would arrange a fight between Conor and Oliviera remains to be seen but it surely wouldn’t be fair for Gaethje to not have his shot.
