Conor McGregor clowns welterweight champion, Kamaru Usman, for calling out Canelo Alvarez
Conor McGregor clowns Kamaru Usman
Kamaru Usman once again falls prey to Conor McGregor’s trashings as the “Notorious” clowns the welterweight champion for following his footsteps and calling out Canelo Alvarez.
Kamaru Usman has been caught saying things the Irish superstar has said in the past and been accused of trying to replicate what Conor McGregor did. The pound-for-pound MMA champion wants to face off the pound-for-pound boxing champion in the near future. The Nigerian has said he would love to fight Canelo, be it in the octagon or the boxing ring.
Conor has never been known to shy away from trolling the fighters on the roster. Both Conor and Kamaru have previously beefed and had some harsh words to say about each other in the past. Recently, in an Instagram story, Conor uploaded a post that said Kamaru was copying whatever the Irishman did.
Conor McGregor laughs at Kamaru Usman
In his Instagram story, Conor shared the post that he agreed with and posted the “laughing-cry” emoji to poke fun at the current pound-for-pound fighter. Kamaru has been trying to make himself very marketable since his successful run at the welterweight division. Usman has called out most of the big-money fighters. From McGregor to the Diaz brothers, Usman wants that hefty paycheck.
McGregor opened the doors for cross-promotional fighting and showed the world the kind of money one can make off it. Usman has called out Alvarez saying, “I might have to go drag Canelo out. You know, when he’s done with all these guys that he’s running through. It’s never been done, I might have to drag him, if not in the octagon, I might have to drag him in the ring and actually take him. Because pound-for-pound, it’s never been done.”
