Kamaru Usman and Conor McGregor rip each other
Kamaru Usman is not happy about UFC superstar Conor McGregor slamming welterweight contender Jorge Masvidal from pulling out of UFC 269. Conor trashed “Gamebred” for failing to fight against Leon Edwards due to injury.
Conor McGregor did not care if it was Jorge Masvidal’s birthday yesterday and absolutely slammed him for being forced out of a fight from his client, Leon Edwards’ fight at UFC 269. Usman was not having it and took aim at The Notorious One for talking about injuries.
Usman pointed out to Conor that it was the Irishman who has always cried about injuries after every loss in his career. The Nigerian Nightmare pointed out the number of times the Irishman has blamed his foot, shin, and other injuries to account for his losses in his big fights.
“You should be quiet. You cry about injuries more than anyone after you get your ass whipped. Foot, Ankle, Shin what else am I missing?” aimed Usman at Conor. The two superstars have not liked each other for quite some time and take jibes at the other when the opportunity presents. Watch below when Conor went off on Kamaru in the past:
Conor McGregor questions Kamaru Usman’s originality
Conor is not one to hold back when someone targets him. The superstar was quick to respond to the #1 pound-for-pound fighter in the world and question his whole career. Usman has been accused of mimicking McGregor in press conferences and using the Irishman’s quotes to promote his fights. Conor called out the welterweight fighter for having no originality.
“Ye you’re missing something bro for sure. Don’t quite know what tho. Originality maybe? I don’t know, something. It’s like, nobody cares. No one cares what the fuck you’re at. And you try so hard too, I just don’t know. Somethings missing for you tho for sure. God bless anyway,” wrote Conor McGregor.
