UFC CEO Dana White is an honorary member of the social media influencer group Nelk Boys. UFC bantamweight champion Sean O’Malley is the group’s ambassador. The group has different business ventures, and one of them is the FULL SEND podcast on YouTube. The podcast started with Bob Menery, another American influencer and Power Slap gamer, as one of the co-hosts. Many UFC fighters like Justin Gaethje, Islam Makhachev, Colby Covington, and O’Malley have appeared on the podcast.
However, Menery had a fallout with Kyle Forgeard and other members of the Nelk Boys. Menery left the podcast and started a podcast of his own. The fallout was due to financial reasons, as Menery felt the Nelk Boys underpaid him. However, Forgeard felt Menery was ungrateful for his more than a million dollar revenue with the Nelk Boys.

White felt that Menery wronged the Nelk Boys. He felt Menery caused financial and emotional damage to the Nelk Boys with unreasonable demands. White stated that Menery valued money over relationships. In the recent episode of the podcast, White made it clear to his face what he felt about Menery. Nonetheless, neither Dana White nor the Nelk Boys thought that Menery was a bad person. White stated that Menery is inherently a self-sabotaging person, and it might be due to a mental illness.

White often labeled Menery as an unreliable person, and he never thought Menery had it in him. However, Menery surprised White and became the number one player in the game. White even tried to sabotage Menery’s ascent in the game but was unsuccessful.
