Bryce Mitchell has the ability to capture headlines whenever he goes on a podcast. The featherweight star is infamous for his outrageous takes and conspiracy theories. His rejection of the Theory of Evolution, acceptance of the Flat Earth theory, thesis on the 9/11 tragedy, and many more have made him a controversial figure in the UFC.
Bryce Mitchell has not fought since his brutal knockout loss at UFC 296. Despite not suffering any major injuries, Mitchell has yet to accept a new fight. Meanwhile, he continues to make podcast appearances with the latest coming on the podcast of Patrick Bet-David. This time, ‘Thug Nasty’ discussed the involvement of the US government in the attacks on the Twin Towers in 2011.
I knew when I was sixteen that our government orchestrated 9/11 and brought those towers down. Our government, white rich politicians.Bryce Mitchell via PBD Podcast
In contrast to what Mitchell believes, according to multiple reports, an extremist terrorist organization was the driving force behind the 9/11 attacks. They took over four planes; two of them crashed into the World Trade Center buildings. The third one crashed into the Pentagon, and the fourth crashed in Pennsylvania.
Counting the 19 hijackers, 2,977 people were killed in the assaults. First responders and occupants of the buildings and aircraft were among the dead. Since the 9/11 tragedy, many people have come up with conspiracy theories. Some say it was an inside job; others claim Israel had an involvement and many more.
Meanwhile, Bryce Mitchell claimed the stats and information about the 9/11 tragedy remain wrong. ‘Thug Nasty’ continues to support the theory that it was an inside job. While many have called him out on his absurd takes, Mitchell was particularly angry at Joe Rogan for this.
Bryce Mitchell calls out Joe Rogan for mocking flat earthers and believing in Theory of Evolution
Joe Rogan has had a variety of guests on his popular podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience. During one of these podcasts, Rogan talked about the flat earth theory and mocked the individuals who believe in that. This didn’t go well with Bryce Mitchell who happens to be a proud flat earth advocate.
Initially, the fighter called out Joe Rogan for a debate. So far, it has not happened. As such, the featherweight star went on a rant. He took shots at Rogan for not wanting to debate with him and accepting the Theory of Evolution.
I believed for a long time in Joe Rogan podcast. Now I love Joe with all my heart. But he's full of sh*t and I'll tell him right to his motherf***ing face. He's full of sh*t and we don't come from no monkeys, motherf***rsBryce Mitchell via Twins Pod podcast
The featherweight is a Christian and believes deeply in the teaching of the Bible. Mitchell has gone viral for bringing the bible to the octagon and shouting about freedom. As such, ‘Thug Nasty’ took offense to Rogan’s belief in Charles Darwin‘s Theory that completely refutes the idea of how God formed the universe in the Bible.
