Uros Medic has made a big bank at UFC Vegas 91. Medic won the fight against Tim Means and walked away with a $50,000 bonus and a first-round knockout. Medic addressed his win and had a few other interesting things to say at the post-fight press conference.

Uros Medic and UFC veteran Tim Means clashed in the octagon at UFC Vegas 91. The fight lasted a little over two minutes as Medic hit Means with a devastating uppercut that sent him down to the floor. Medic followed through with a left on the ground and thus won the fight in the first round.

Uros Medic and Tim Means had fought on the main card of UFC Vegas 91 at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada. This was Medic’s second win since he moved up the weight class from lightweight to the welterweight division.

Ahead of the fight, Medic had addressed the Performance of the Night bonus at the media day. He talked about how he deserved to have won the bonus at his previous two wins against Matthew Semelsberger and Omar Morales. He revealed that he was upset about it which is why he would make sure to cement a win at this fight.

Medic said somebody would “get oiled up” if he did not get the bonus at the end of UFC Vegas 91. This could have been a reference to Dana White and the famous “Oil Dana Up” meme in the MMA community.

Uros Medic wants to take on undefeated Ian Garry

Uros Medic does not know Ian Garry personally. But he found him to be an interesting figure online. Medic told the reporters that he would knock Ian Garry out.

I’ve seen a lot of guys that I don’t find them as a big threat, mainly Ian Garry. He’s a big name and he won’t fight me exactly yet. But I would look at some of his fights and think, ‘How is this guy ahead of me in the rankings.’ In my humble opinion I would knock him out.
