“If they wanted to do me versus Cerrone again at 40,” Jim Miller wants to run it back against Donald Cerrone

Jim Miller vs Donald Cerrone
Jim Miller is a long-time UFC veteran and one of the most accomplished lightweight on the earth. He faced the newcomer Erick Gonzalez at UFC Vegas 40 and knocked him out in a spectacular fashion to earn the 38th win of his UFC career.
Miller has faced almost everybody in the division and is planning to retire anytime soon. He holds some noticeable wins over the likes of lightweight champion Charles Oliveira and others. He wants to complete 40 fights in the UFC and wants his rematch against another legend of the sports Donald Cerrone.
During the post-fight show of UFC Vegas 40, he said, “I try to set short term goals for myself and getting to 40 in the UFC would be awesome. I’m very confident that I can get there. Physically, it’s not even really worrying about anything else. Now it’s like let’s throw that other one, that farther carrot and hunt for that. If I have to adjust the way that I train, if I have to adjust the pace that I fight at, I think I’ll be able to get there. It’s not set in stone.”
“I’d love to get my rubber match with Charles Oliveira,” Jim Miller wants a trilogy match against the champion

Miller will fight literally anyone, he thinks the rematch against “The Cowboy” will be the perfect one for him, he said, “If they wanted to do me versus Cerrone again at 40, I’m game for that. Anyone. Really anyone. It does not matter. I’d love to get my opportunity back and have the rubber match with Oliveira. I’d love to fight Poirier again and if Conor needs a fight, I’m game for it, too. Every one of them, all at once. Let’s go!”
“I don’t really care,” Miller said. “Honestly, I love fighting the veterans. I love fighting the guys that I know it’s going to be a great fight. The guys that I’ve really been a fan of. My fight with Guida a few years ago, I have never been that excited for a fight. Cause I’ve seen him fight so many times.”
