Joe Rogan is the host of one of the most-viewed podcasts in the world, The Joe Rogan Experience. The territory does come with enemies, as mainstream news network CNN once tried to cancel Rogan. Rogan hosted several controversial personalities, and this has made him many enemies.

CNN’s attack on Rogan was due to Rogan’s views about the COVID-19 pandemic and its associated vaccines. In a recent podcast episode, Dr. Debra Soh asked Rogan about what transpired after the CNN attack. This is what he said about it.

I mean, it's so wild, it's just wild. It was wild to watch it happen. But what I had on my side was that my podcast was way bigger than them. I don't think they knew that at the time. I think when CNN was going after me, they had this delusional perspective of their reach, and they thought they were bigger than me. But my show was. I have ten times as many people as the best show on CNN, and now it's way worse. Now they're getting the worst ratings they've had since 1991.

Rogan further said that CNN was on a downward spiral, with viewership as low as 40,000. Moreover, he even criticized Brian Stelter and Don Lemon, the former hosts at CNN. This was not the first time that mainstream media attacked Rogan as they accused Rogan of being racist before but were also unsuccessful.

Rogan has not yet revealed his political beliefs. However, he is a vocal critique of US President Joe Biden and also of Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. UFC 297, headlined by Sean Strickland and Dricus Du Plessis, is in Canada and Rogan won’t be in the commentary booth there due to the policies of Trudeau.

On the podcast episode where Dr. Debra Soh was the guest, Rogan went off at COVID-19 vaccines. This is what he said.

If you look at the statistics, particularly with the COVID vaccine, the more you get vaccinated, the more likely you are to get COVID, the more likely you are to get hospitalized. Like it's not good.

Rogan’s opinions are his own, and he did not specify the statistics he referred to. Nevertheless, the attack on Rogan by the media did not have ethics, as they had an agenda.
