Ahead of the Trilogy fight against Brandon Moreno this Saturday at UFC 270 and Deiveson Figueiredo believes that he will come victorious this time.

The first-ever PPV event of UFC is all set to take place at UFC 270 inside the Honda Center in Anaheim, California. Other than the main event fight, the flyweight title fight between Brandon Moreno and Deiveson Figueiredo has also gained a lot of hype.

The rivalry between Moreno and Figueiredo is not new and goes two years back at UFC 256. This was the first time both the fighters fought against each other for the flyweight championship. The fight was very close and after five rounds of back and forth, it was announced that due to an illegal groin strike 1 point was deducted from Figueiredo.

This ended the fight in a majority draw and no winner was decided. The pair met again at the main event of UFC 263 the next year and this time Moreno dominated the fight from the start. In the third round, Moreno finally caught the Brazilian in a rear-naked choke which forced him to tap. Moreno won the fight and became the first-ever Mexican-born to win a UFC title.
