“Vettori is tough”, “Just Wild” – Francis Ngannou, Kayla Harrison and other pros react to Marvin Vettori vs Paulo Costa slugfest at UFC Vegas 41

UFC Vegas 41 main event was a classic. The catchweight bout (205lbs) between Paulo Costa and Marvin Vettori saw the ‘Italian Dream’ survive some menacing head strikes, to emerge victorious via. unanimous decision. Vettori scored 48-46 on all three judges’ scorecards.

Twitter were left in awe on seeing the number of shots Vettori was able to take. The number 5 ranked UFC middleweight was met with a barrage of blows in the later rounds by a defiant Paulo Costa who exhibited unbelievable cardio this time around. Here are some of the Twitter reactions:
